New for 2008
Okay, I hate to make New Year's resolutions so this really isn't one. But, there are some goals I have and it just so happens there are only a couple days left in 2007 so even though it might look like a "resolution", it's only a timing thing that makes it appear as one! Yep, I'm getting "wordy" again, or "blabby", "running at the mouth" as my mom would say.
K - I want to be healthier next year. To make that happen, I want to lose 15 pounds. Wow, that's the first time in my whole entire life that I've been able to say I've wanted to lose any amount of weight under 100 pounds! lol.
For those that know me well - this will be the hardest for me! I NEED to get off of the salt. Okay, so I salt my catsup - because the salt falls off the french fries you know! And, you should always add salt to your food before tasting! After all, it wastes too much time to taste first when you know you're going to add the salt anyway. Bottom line is I use way too much. I'll bet if I stop the salt, I'll lose that 15 pounds!
I'm not a real disciplined person - I'm afraid of gaining back any of the weight I lost so never ever, want to be out of control again. I need to make better choices but it doesn't hurt to have some nice people watch out for me and keep me accountable!
So, anyone else want to chime in?

Welcome to My Blog!
Well, this is my first blog and I hope I find enjoyment in writing it and others find joy in commenting! So, especially to the rest of the tech crew,,,,,I'm not as "techy" as the rest of you - but, how did I do?
Christmas is over and now I dread taking down all of the decorations - ummmmm, I guess I do tend to "over decorate" a bit! Maybe next year I'll tone it down a bit - NOT! That just wouldn't go with my OCD which Rob and I have in common! High-five Rob! lol
Hoping all my friends have had a wonderful holiday and had time to remember what it was we were celebrating and were able to spend time with Jesus on his birthday!
