Day 5 and no salt! You just don't know what a miracle that is! I'll bet I've lost a few pounds.......lol. My mouth today, actually felt better. It wasn't excruciating pain but more, uggh, this hurts. So, that was an improvement and I didn't have to take anything for pain until late in the afternoon. I went to church and did lights and got to mess with the rest of the tech crew which was fun. We had an awesome singer at church today and she had a great testimony! I can't wait until the 10:45 service tomorrow because it's such a lively group! Anyway, things are better today....Thank you God!

Yes, the singer was awesome.
