Yoga Booty Ballet

I'm back - had to go get my booty off the floor! I just finished my first taste of Yoga Booty Ballet - Hip Hop version! Well, my daughter got a good laugh.....I'm figuring out I'm no youngster but then again, I don't feel almost 50 either! I was able to keep up with all the abdominal stuff (I'd love to have a ripped stomach!) and did pretty good with all the dance moves - even with Kristen laughing hysterically! Maybe tomorrow I'll try the other program.......

I haven't had any salt in a week now! Okay, and dinner did suck this evening. It was chicken, rice and corn all of which needed salt. My solution rather than adding the salt, is just not eating the food.....one way or another, I'll lose some weight huh?

Rice does not require salt if it's being eaten with other foods. If it's by itself with butter and garlic salt, that's a different story! :]

It was spanish rice and was eaten with chicken and corn. I think that combination requires salt as well!!!!!!!! Now, I can get my fix with steamed rice and soy sauce - lots and lots of soy sauce! lol

As long as you eat chocolate , you don't need salt!

Really though, try lots of salsa with some fresh lime. That helps alot. Just watch the salt content of the salsa....
